What is the watch made of?

The case and the buckles of the straps are made of robust stainless steel 316L.

Which glass is used in the watch?

As a glass for our watches we use the high-quality and very resistant sapphire glass, which is very scratch-resistant in contrast to the normal mineral glass. The sapphire crystal is similar to diamond and therefore can not be damaged by other materials.

What material are the straps made of?

For our watch bands we only use genuine leather.

Is the watch waterproof?

The water resistance of the watch is 3 ATM (3 atmospheres). This makes the watch rainproof. However, we recommend you to avoid any direct contact with water (swimming, bathing, showering or diving).
Please note that the water damage is not covered by the 12-month warranty.

For what and for how long does the warranty apply?

We attach great importance to the quality of our watches. Nevertheless, we provide a limited 12-month warranty. This covers all manufacturing deficiencies of the watch movement, dial and hands of the watch. Parts other than those specified above are not covered by this warranty. After the guarantee period has expired, a service fee will be charged for the repair of the watch.

Are the straps interchangeable?

Yes. All our straps can be removed and changed easily and quickly (in only about 30 seconds). And since we offer 18 different leather colors, everyone will find something for his perfect look.

What payment methods are available?

If you do not have a Paypal account, you can also pay with your credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).

Where can I check the status of my order?

Can I return my order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your watch, you can cancel your order within 14 days from receipt, without giving reasons.

The products must be unused, in the original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers.

To request a withdrawal, please fill out the revocation form and send it to info@david-poulsen.com. Please note that we do not currently pay for the return costs.

If you cancel, you will be refunded by us within 14 working days.

Is the shipping free?

David Poulsen offers a free standard delivery when buying a watch. Worldwide.

If your order contains only straps and no watch(es), then additional shipping charges may occur depending on the country of delivery and the number of ordered items. Within Germany it is max. €3.75, EU and Switzerland max. €10.80. In all other countries of the world a maximum of €22.55.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been processed and sent, you will receive an e-mail with your parcel tracking number.

To track the package simply use the tracking number on the official DHL website.
